This housing project was the first to be entitled along the Los Angeles River, fulfilling the design and development goals of the River Revitalization Master Plan. The project is a mix of one and two bedroom units, and townhomes which are oriented towards the river, and provide access to the pedestrian and bike paths along its edge. The design of the project maximizes the views of the river from the units, while at the same time respecting the surrounding community via its scale and massing.
