Located in an evolving industrial district, this tenant improvement occupies a corner of a former agricultural processing and millwork site, and takes advantage of the exposed and compelling building structure. The design realized the Chef/Owner’s vision of a locals-oriented, high quality, and energetic space for gatherings large, small, and in-between.
