This house is set on a prominent corner in the Pacific Palisades. The house an “L” shape plan to maximize the useable space on the site and to create a protected, quiet, family area with a pool and pool house. At the second floor, the “L” plan allows for two wings, one containing the Primary suite, and the other housing the children’s bedrooms. The house has a large underground level with continuous light wells bringing natural light to the spaces contained there: the family room, the wine room, the theater, and the gym.
